Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Female Preffered) to maintain cleanliness and provide basic office support. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, pantry, and restrooms
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee for staff and guests when required
- Refill pantry and cleaning supplies as needed
- Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Support office staff with general errands
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
- Basic communication skills
