Office Assistant (Cleaning & General Support)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Female Preffered) to maintain cleanliness and provide basic office support. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, pantry, and restrooms
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee for staff and guests when required
  • Refill pantry and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
  • Support office staff with general errands

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office cleaning or housekeeping preferred
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
  • Honest, punctual, and hardworking
  • Basic communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Indoor office environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
