Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Office Assistant/Clinic Technician to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that involves working directly with patients and advanced recovery technology on a daily basis.

This is a part-time position with an expected schedule of approximately 20–30 hours per week. Our clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This position requires a long-term commitment and is not intended for short-term summer employment. Employees may use clinic recovery modalities during off times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality patient experience and exceptional care
• Guide patients through recovery sessions while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Learn and confidently explain recovery modalities, guiding patients through each session
• Support client sales, memberships, and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and seamless patient experience.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset while adapting to changing day-to-day tasks and clinic needs

Experience

• Experience as office assistant/front desk office.
• Interest and enthusiasm in physical therapy, recovery, and wellness.
• Interest in recovery technology, wellness, and physical therapy.
• 1 -3 years of experience in a fitness/ wellness, or clinical front desk/sales environment preferred
• Familiarity with rehab, recovery, or performance-based environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in day-to-day operations
