Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and callers with a professional and friendly attitude
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including document preparation and filing
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Conduct and organize client intake assessments and documentation
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments
- Offer direct support to assigned individuals as needed
- Address staff shortages by arranging coverage or stepping in when necessary
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling systems
- Prior experience in social or human services preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification required
- Negative TB test result required (within the last 12 months or as required by regulations)
