Service Coordinator
Looking urgently for an organized and self-motivated Office assistant cum accountant who will be responsible for managing service activities. The role will include working closely with relevant units.
You should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, worked in a similar position and proficient in Customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Welcome visitors.
● Answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, clients .
● Preparing service schedules, tracking of service performed, procuring parts.
● Preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices and system update, Petty cash.
● Maintaining service files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the service operations.
● Purchasing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
● Managing technicians and their requirements.
● Performing other relevant duties.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree and discipline, Engineers in Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile can apply.
● 2 - 3 years in handling the administration activities and duties of a Office Assistant or in a similar position in the UAE.
● Having experience in the service Industry and handling Annual Maintenance contracts will have an advantage.
● Proficient in a variety of computer software applications and in Online systems
● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, Problem Solving skills, etc.
● Candidates having technical experience will be preferred.
● Service advisors can also apply.
Others:
● Salary – Aed.2000 – 3000 (depending on the experience)
● UAE driving license.
● Only immediate joiners and candidates with own visa/ NOC need apply.
● Preferred age of applicants- 28 to 35 years
