Office Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator (Landscaping Company)

We are a growing landscaping and snow removal company looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, enjoys working with customers, and can help manage scheduling and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Schedule jobs and manage daily crew routes
  • Prepare and send estimates (sketches) to clients
  • Follow up with customers and maintain communication
  • Help organize jobs, materials, and appointments
  • Use CRM systems and office software to track clients and jobs
  • Assist with general office tasks and operations

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills (very important)
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Plus – higher pay):

  • Experience with landscaping industry
  • Experience using CRM systems or software like Jabber
  • Experience creating estimates/sketches

SPANISH WILL BE A BIG PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $950.00 - $1,250.00 per week
