Office Assistant – Digital Marketing Agency (Anthony Media Group)

Anthony Media Group (AMG) is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with 40+ clients across industries including restaurants, law firms, e-commerce brands, and more. We specialize in social media, paid ads, SEO, and content production.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations, client communication, and internal coordination. This role is critical in keeping our team aligned, efficient, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings (Google Meet & in-person) and take clear, organized notes
- Delegate tasks to internal team members (designers, editors, marketers, etc.)
- Manage incoming communication (calls, texts, WhatsApp, emails)
- Coordinate calendars (schedule shoots, meetings, deadlines, etc.)
- Ensure tasks are followed up on and completed on time
- Assist with general day-to-day office and client management tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written + verbal)
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and fast-paced workflows
- Tech-savvy (Google Calendar, Slack, ClickUp or similar tools preferred)
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience in a marketing agency or content production environment
- Familiarity with social media or digital marketing workflows
