We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and growth-oriented Office Assistant with Business Development skills to support our daily operations and contribute to expanding our business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office management and administrative tasks.
- Maintain records, manage correspondence, and handle documentation.
- Support the sales and marketing team in generating leads and exploring new business opportunities.
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, sales) for smooth workflows.
- Schedule and manage meetings, prepare reports, and track follow-ups.
- Assist management in business development strategies to expand client base.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in office administration and/or business development will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
