We’re looking for a smart and presentable female Office Assistant to manage daily office administration and support our hiring activities. No experience required, confidence, good communication, and the ability to handle guests and candidates smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Welcome and assist visitors and interview candidates
  • Schedule interviews and support basic recruitment tasks
  • Maintain records, and general office organization

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • Strong communication and people-handling skills
  • Organized, quick learner, and comfortable with basic computer tools

Details

  • Office Timings: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Location: Hali Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore
  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or O-Levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
