Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance & Housekeeping: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Pantry Management: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with photocopying, filing, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, cleaning materials, and pantry essentials.
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
She should have her own Visa.
