Office Assistant (Female)

We are looking for a professional and organized Female Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities while supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain office decorum
  • Assist with office documentation, record keeping, and filing
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and support team members
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth workflow
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with office procedures and coordination
  • Good English speaking skills
