Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Support Staff member to help ensure our daily operations run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is proactive, courteous, and skilled at managing a wide range of routine tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.
  • Handle minor indoor and outdoor repair activities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Assist in setting up, moving, or rearranging office furniture, equipment, and fixtures when required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Respond promptly to any maintenance-related complaints or requests from staff.
  • Coordinate with external technicians or service providers when specialized repair work is needed.

Requirements:

  • Matric or Intermediate preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and manual duties.
  • Polite, cooperative, and willing to assist the team as needed.
  • Honest, dependable, and committed to fulfilling responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
