We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Kyrgyzstani National) to join our team in Dubai and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, invoices, and compliance-related documents.
• Assist in preparing business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
• Support logistics documentation for shipments and coordination with suppliers/customers.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office calendar management.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations teams on documentation related to precious metals and mineral trading.
• Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing supplies.
• Provide ad-hoc support to management and colleagues as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a Kyrgyzstani National currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in administration/office support (experience in trading, logistics, or financial services is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian (knowledge of Kyrgyz or Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential company and client information.
