Job Description:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical & digital).
  • Prepareinvoices, challans, purchase orders, and sales tax invoices.
  • Maintain ledgers and assist in basic bookkeeping.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Knowledge of preparing sales tax invoices & purchase orders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Must reside in or near Ahsanabad Industrial Area, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
