· Opening and Closing Office: Ensure the office is opened and closed promptly and securely each day.
· Beverage Service: Prepare and serve tea or coffee to guests, directors, managers, or clients, ensuring their refreshment needs are met promptly and courteously.
· Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office equipment, furniture, reception area (including plants and lobby), and kitchen throughout the day, always ensuring a presentable environment.
· Office Supply Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies such as printer cartridges, photocopier toners, and paper, ensuring seamless office operations.
· Conference Room Setup: Assist in setting up the conference room before meetings or interviews, ensuring it is equipped with necessary materials and technology.
· Courier Distribution: Distribute incoming couriers or parcels among employees promptly and accurately.
· Document Handling: Assist in photocopying documents, scanning, filing (including cheques, invoices, approved subcontractor invoices), and maintaining organized records.
· Cheque Release: Release cheques to suppliers as instructed, maintaining a detailed record of release dates for reference.
· Assistance to Staff: Provide assistance to staff members & and other administrative assistants as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
· Professional Communication: Maintain polite and courteous communication with subcontractors, guests, and visitors to the office, reflecting positively on the organization's image.
Safety and Security: Monitor and report any security concerns or suspicious activities. Follow safety protocols and procedures within the office premises.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
