Office Assistant – Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic office administration and documentation
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and filing work
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain office records and update job status
- Support daily office operations and team coordination
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Printing work is a plus)
- Good communication skills (English required, Hindi advantage)
- Organized and responsible attitude
- Experience in advertising/printing field is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
