The ideal candidate should be punctual, polite, and willing to assist staff with general office requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors when required
- Assist the admin team with day-to-day office tasks
- Run errands for operational and business needs (document delivery, purchasing office supplies, etc.)
- Handle photocopying, filing, and basic office support work
- Support staff with any reasonable task as assigned
- Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
