Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a reliable Office Support Assistant to help maintain the daily operations of our Ajman office. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping the workplace organized, assisting colleagues with routine tasks, and ensuring visitors receive a positive first impression of the company.
Main Duties
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for employees and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and order in office areas, meeting rooms, pantry spaces, and reception
- Assist with document sorting, filing, photocopying, and basic clerical work
- Run local office-related errands as assigned by management
- Support the team with document transfers, collections, and deliveries
- Check office consumables and notify management when supplies need replenishment
- Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming office atmosphere
