Office Assistant / Office Girl

URGENT Vacancy Available FOR Office Girl : Maintaining the smooth functioning of the office Responsible for various tasks such as organizing and maintaining delivering documents, offering and making Turkish Coffee. Also arranging refreshments, and ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space, should know how to work in excel and checking emails. Monthly Salary 2000 with 2 Years Company Visa, location Al Qusais Industrial Area 1 opposite Zuleikha Hospital. Note: If hired, Immediately start work from Next Month.
Preferred Skills:

  • Good English speaking
  • Good communication
  • Must know how to use basic computer
  • Must be good at answering phones
  • Be able to welcome guests
  • Make beverages for staff and guests
  • Know how to photocopy/scan documents
  • Help out with basic admin work
  • Maintain the office cleanliness
  • Maintain personal cleanliness
