Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities: Executive & CEO Support
- Manage CEO calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between HR, Training, and Management teams
- Follow up on tasks assigned to departments and ensure execution
- Track progress of ongoing company initiatives
Operations Management
- Monitor daily performance reports from teams
- Ensure deadlines and SOPs are followed across departments
- Maintain internal dashboards and reporting systems
Communication & Documentation
- Handle internal communication and task delegation updates
- Maintain organized records, reports, and meeting notes
- Ensure clarity in instructions from leadership to teams
- Organize meetings, leadership calls, and strategic sessions
- Prepare daily briefings and action summaries for the CEO
Skills
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work well in a team
- Advanced computer knowledge, CRM, and Sales Software
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, as per business requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Punjabi
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail in all written communication
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy

We follow a professional 3-stage interview process: Screening, Technical Round, and HR Round.

Pay: $17.50 - $27.83 per hour
