Office Assistant & Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and presentable Office Assistant & Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic and English. This role combines administrative support with front-desk responsibilities and office upkeep. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for visitors while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient office space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Open doors and welcome guests with proper etiquette
  • Offer refreshments such as water, coffee, or tea to guests
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communication in Arabic and English
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, reception area, and meeting rooms
  • Arrange and rearrange office seating and meeting room setups as required
  • Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (cleaning, setting up, organizing materials)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry items, and refreshments
  • Take initiative to ensure the office is always presentable

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar role
  • Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles
  • Familiarity with office management procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
