Office Assistant / Scheduler / Dispatcher

BuzzKill Pest Control is hiring a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to support our growing pest control operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, coordinating schedules, and being part of a fast-moving service business. The Office Assistant plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting customer communication, scheduling, dispatch coordination, billing assistance, and general office administration.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a mix of customer service and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
  • Basic computer skills, including email, calendars, spreadsheets, and data entry
  • Ability to learn scheduling, CRM, billing, and service software
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to handle customer questions and concerns with patience and discretion

Preferred Experience

  • Prior office, administrative, scheduling, dispatch, or customer service experience
  • Experience in pest control, property management, home services, trades, or field service operations
  • Experience using scheduling, dispatch, CRM, or billing software
  • Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required

Pay: $18.14 - $23.76 per hour
