Amabile School of Music, established in 2008 in San Francisco, is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and personable Office Assistant to support the day-to-day coordination of our growing music school in Moraga, CA.
This is not a front desk or receptionist position. The role is heavily focused on scheduling logistics, communication coordination, and operational support for teachers, students, and families. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at managing moving schedules, solving problems quickly, and maintaining clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
This is also not a traditional 9–5 office role. Our schedule follows after-school lesson hours, so flexibility with afternoon and evening availability is important.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families, is detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and can confidently balance multiple responsibilities at once. Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential.
