Office Assistant (Tagalog)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment. This role includes general office support, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with client hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, common areas)
  • Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments for clients and guests
  • Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and organized
  • Handle errands or other office-related duties when required
  • Support a professional and welcoming office atmosphere
