Office Assistant/Accounting Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Accounting Support Specialist to join our team!

Duties

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office.
  • Support office management activities including filing, organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining organized records
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers/clients as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy skills
  • Experience with accounting software is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing systems
  • Real Estate office experience is a plus
  • Ability to work 8:30 to 5:30 Monday-Friday
