Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Accounting Support Specialist to join our team!
Duties
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office.
- Support office management activities including filing, organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining organized records
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers/clients as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy skills
- Experience with accounting software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing systems
- Real Estate office experience is a plus
- Ability to work 8:30 to 5:30 Monday-Friday
