Office Assistant/Simple Practice Biller
This is a part-time position in a mental health office assisting with billing using Simple Practice EHR and administrative tasks. This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of all client related matters. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Tasks
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information.
- Bill insurance companies, verify insurance, obtain authorization.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheet of claims paid and received.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
