Office Assistant/CSR

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various office tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette to clients and customers.
  • Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy access.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication tasks.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line phones.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications & Creative Software. (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Canva ).
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
