Office Assistant / Customer Service & Purchasing

We are a family owned distributor of foam and upholstery supplies looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our office team. This position includes a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, purchasing, and general office support. No two days are exactly the same, so we are looking for someone who enjoys multitasking, learning new things, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting customers by phone and email
  • Processing orders and handling customer inquiries
  • Purchasing and vendor communication
  • General office and administrative support
  • Helping wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
