Our company Locks and Keys Locksmith LLC is expanding, and we are in search of 1-2 PART TIME DISPATCHER/OFFICE ASSISTANT
The dispatcher/Office Assistant will work alongside the technicians, helping to create clear, stable communication with clients, follow-up on leads and billing. Process invoices and charges, and other dispatch related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supports technicians in any functions that make the technicians unit work more efficiently.
Enters data in the computer system and maintains logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
Assists accounting/billing to ensure proper charges are invoiced.
Contacts customers to follow up on services, schedules and keep open communication for the technicians.
Schedule and maintain vehicles registration.
Input and updates the on-call schedule with any changes necessary.
Light housekeeping.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Proven experience as assistant, customer service, administrative or relevant position.
Strong skills in data entry, organization and multitasking.
Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule for 20 hours a week, 3 days a week, weekends will be required as the schedule will change accordingly to the company’s needs. This position will require you to sit and work at a computer for the most part of the day. Reasonable accommodation can be arranged for employees with qualified disabilities.
We have two shifts available, these will fluctuate between the employees, needs to be flexible with the schedule.
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
