Basic Salary 40000+4000 Fuel+1000 Mobile Allowance = Total Salary 45,000/- or according to CV

(MS OFFICE MUST SPECIALLY EXCEL)

The main responsibility of an Accounts Assistant is to support the manager with Business accounting activities. This includes raising and sending and paying invoices.

Responsibilities :

· Basic administration

· Reconciling company accounts and chasing late payments.

· They also assist with basic administration tasks and should bean hand to answer any queries noised by staff or external clients or providers.

· They will be expected to help document and maintain the business finance procedure updating and implementing them wherever necessary to help document and maintain the business finance procedures.

· Updating and implementing them wherever necessary.

· Daily tasks includes:

· Invoice processing

· Processing expense requests

· Credit control

· Cash book maintenance

· Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers

· Bank reconciliation

· Raising sales invoicing

· Liaising with third party providers

· Updating and maintaining documentation

· Android phone must required

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
