Office Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage email correspondence and maintain communication logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, and mail
- Maintain office filing systems (electronic and physical records)
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports as required
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room management
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support HR and accounting with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle basic data entry, scanning, photocopying, and documentation
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained and presentable
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist / Office Assistant role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team functions
