Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience in managing calendars. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide support as a medical receptionist, greeting patients and handling inquiries
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing
- Support other administrative functions as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong computer literacy with experience using Google Workspace applications
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members
