- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Support office management functions to enhance overall productivity.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in clerical roles or office environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks.
