Office Assistant/Scheduler/Dispatcher

Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements;

-AT LEAST 2 years of office experience & customer service experience

-Work hours Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

-Answering phone calls professionally and timely with being able to handle multiple lines.

-Computer skills is a must, being able to type affectionately and accurately while customers are giving directions or describing issues.

-Multi-tasking is a must in the position; answering phones, scheduling an appointment, dispatching employees to other calls, answering emails.

-Self-motivated to stay on top of your responsibilities.

-Able to handle a fast pace office and handle upset customer's in a respectable/polite manner.

-Willingness to help where help is needed, through out the day.

-Manage daily appointments, dispatching employees to new calls, staying in communication with customers about repairs and arrival to employee.

-Assertive in getting messages to appropriate people in a timely manner.

-Attention to detail in all aspects of the position. Good memory with details of calls/appointments that you take.

-Ability to accurately take information of customer's names (spelling),emails, numbers etc.

-Taking initiative with filing of documents, scanning documents into customer account, answering emails and scheduling appointments as needed.

-Comfortable doing the following; answering phone calls, addressing customers issues and needs, managing appointments so employees are on time to set appointments, opening mail, applying payments to customer accounts as needed, processing credit cards.

-Knowledge with Quickbooks is a plus

- Bilingual is a bonus but not required

Job Benefits;

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
