OFFICE ASSISTANT/SOCIAL MEDIA

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant/Social Media Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Create, curate, and post engaging content across various social media platforms to boost brand visibility and community engagement
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain office organization through filing systems, document management, and ensuring a tidy work environment

Qualifications

  • Prior office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn is preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone etiquette, data entry accuracy, and time management skills are essential
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
