Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our office team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various accounting principles and software, ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the accounting team with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Respond to phone calls and messages
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage office supplies
  • Various tasks as required

Requirements

  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office (Exel, Word, Etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
