  • Assist in daily office operations and support staff. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle office cleanliness (desks, meeting rooms, pantry). Collect and distribute documents, files, and couriers. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Support in arranging meeting rooms before and after use. Run errands such as delivering documents to clients or government offices when required. Maintain stock of pantry items and office supplies. Perform other general office duties as assigned
