- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required .
- Handle photocopying, filing, and document delivery between departments .
- Ensure timely pickup and dispatch of couriers, letters, and parcels .
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing office supplies .
- Support administrative and HR teams in day-to-day office operations .
- Maintain pantry stock, refill water, and ensure cleanliness of utensils and appliances .
- Handle indoor and limited outdoor tasks such as bank deposits or vendor coordination when instructed .
- Follow office discipline, dress code, and behavioral guidelines at all times .
- Cleanliness and maintenance of office premises at all times .
- Timely service of refreshments and upkeep of pantry supplies .
- Accuracy and timeliness in document delivery and administrative assistance .
- Professional conduct and adherence to company decorum .
- Proper handling of office assets and equipment .
- Minimal complaints regarding hygiene, punctuality, or service quality .
- Efficient coordination with admin and HR teams for daily operational support .
