  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic filing tasks.
  • Deliver documents within the office or to external locations (banks, government offices, etc.).
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
  • Support administrative staff as required.
  • Dispose of trash and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
  • Physically fit and able to handle light lifting.
