The Office Boy plays a pivotal role in supporting daily administrative functions, ensuring seamless office operations and a well-maintained work environment. This position emphasizes operational efficiency, coordination, and workplace upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional office environment at all times.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring proper reception and direction to relevant departments.
• Provide administrative assistance, including document handling, record management, and scheduling support.
• Oversee inventory levels of office supplies and coordinate timely replenishment
• Support internal teams with routine operational and logistical tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification is Intermediate
• Strong communication and interpersonal competencies
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an advantage

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Type: On-site / Full-time

Salary: PKR 25,000 to 30,000

Timings: 11 AM – 9 PM

Working Days: Mon to Sat
