  • Manage and organize office files and documents.
  • Perform basic data entry work in computer systems.
  • Maintain online attendance records of staff.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Handle office cleanliness and general support tasks.
  • Deliver documents within office departments when required.
  • Support administrative staff in daily office operations.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to manage files and records properly.
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous office experience will be preferred.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
