Our Sialkot office runs on discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism — and we need a reliable, hardworking Office Boy who takes ownership of his responsibilities and keeps the office running smoothly every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests throughout the day.
• Keep the office, kitchen, washrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
• Prepare simple lunch / pantry meals for the team when required (basic cooking skills needed).
• Run errands outside the office — bank visits, courier pickups/drops, market runs, bill payments, and other office-related tasks.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and small administrative support tasks.
• Maintain inventory of pantry supplies, cleaning material, and stationery — inform admin before items run out.
• Manage incoming guests — greet professionally, serve refreshments, and keep meeting rooms ready.
• Take care of office plants, equipment cleanliness, and general upkeep.
• Lock-up / opening duties as assigned.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Boy in a proper office environment (corporate, agency, or professional setup — not shop/restaurant).
• Own motorbike with valid license (mandatory — for bank, courier, and outside work).
• Basic cooking skills — must be able to prepare simple desi lunch (daal, chawal, sabzi, etc.) for the team.
• Clean, well-groomed, presentable appearance at all times.
• Honest, punctual, trustworthy, and respectful with staff and guests.
• Physically fit and able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Basic understanding of Urdu (mandatory). Basic English is a plus.
• Resident of Sialkot or nearby area (no relocation).
• Two verifiable references from previous employers.
