Office boy/cleaner

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Ensure cleanliness of the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after use.
• Handle filing, photocopying, and basic clerical tasks when requested.
• Run office errands such as banking, mail delivery, or collecting supplies.
• Support administrative staff with document handling and delivery.
• Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an office boy or helper (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of office etiquette.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, well-groomed, and polite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under supervision.
