We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the back office area to support us in the organization and planning of operations as well as in the optimization of operational processes. As our new employee, you will also be entrusted with the commercial handling of national and international coaching and consulting projects.

Tasks:

  • Carrying out classic commercial, administrative and organizational activities: e.g. processing orders, creating personnel files, creating invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring stock levels, entering receipts, etc.
  • Assumption of secretarial and assistant activities
  • Writing letters, e-mails, notes and minutes
  • Direct and telephone customer contact on organizational issues
  • Support of event management in the organization of trips and seminars
