We are a fast-growing transportation and logistics company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and dispatch operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices
  • Maintain driver and vehicle records
  • Enter and update load information in company systems
  • Communicate with drivers regarding dispatch and delivery updates
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Track shipments and update delivery status
  • Perform general office and administrative duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in Hindi and English – Compulsory
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics or Fresher is fine
  • Familiarity with dispatch or transportation management software
