Office Clerk/ Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for someone to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. You will undertake a variety of activities ranging from processing payments and answering the phone to assisting customers with rental contracts and credit applications. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

· Politely answer telephones and direct calls

· Greet customers and answer questions

· Take and apply payments

· Correctly count back change and prepare end of day deposit

· Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail

· General office assistant duties

Qualifications:

· Customer-service oriented

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Ability to multi-task

· Attention to detail

· Outstanding communication and organizational skills

· Confidence to learn new things

· Ability to work with others

· Courteous and kind

· Excellent front desk skills and positive attitude

· Have the ability to work through a problem

· Polite telephone manner and is well-presented at all times

· Ability to prioritize effectively

· Be reliable and on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
