Job Opportunity: Office Clerk (Night Shift)

The ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and adept at managing routine administrative tasks efficiently. Shift Timing:

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate or Diploma (equivalent) — Only candidates with an Intermediate qualification will be considered; those with higher education are not eligible to apply.
• Age limit: 24 years — Applicants exceeding this age limit will not be considered for an interview.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
• Ability to work any of the assigned shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office operations including data entry, record keeping, and file management.
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
• Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Communicate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Note: Training will be conducted onsite during the night shift.

• Monday to Saturday
