Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Office Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, handle phone calls, operate office equipment, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining organized records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Microsoft knowledge
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in event staffing or related fields is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
