We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator who can manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

This role requires a polished personality, excellent communication skills, and strong management capabilities.

Education Requirements (Must be from one of the following institutions):

  • LUMS (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • NUST
  • NewTech
  • Lahore School of Economics (LSE)
  • University of Lahore (UOL)
  • NCA (National College of Arts)
  • LGU (Lahore Garrison University)

Candidates from these top-tier institutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Manage communication between departments
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Maintain office documentation and filing systems
  • Assist management in routine tasks
  • Ensure smooth operations and professional office environment
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
