What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and internal scheduling
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with accuracy
  • Support HR and operations teams with onboarding and records
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
