Best Day Home Care LLC is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals in our community. We are looking for a dependable, organized Office Coordinator to support daily operations and help ensure our agency runs smoothly.
Position Overview
This is an in-office, part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and agency needs.
The Office Coordinator supports scheduling, communication, and administrative operations in a fast-paced home care environment. This role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to handle changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coordination
- Manage call-offs, schedule changes, and coverage needs
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Maintain accurate employee and client records
- Assist with onboarding and compliance tracking
- Support administrative tasks related to billing and EVV systems (training provided)
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, healthcare, scheduling, or administrative work strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in-office (not remote)
- Experience with EVV or scheduling systems is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
